【農(nóng)機(jī)網(wǎng) 明星企業(yè)】3月30日,中聯(lián)重科發(fā)布2021年年度業(yè)績(jī)報(bào)告。報(bào)告期內(nèi),公司實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)業(yè)收入671.31億元,同比增長(zhǎng)3.11%。在全球疫情反復(fù)、行業(yè)多重承壓的背景下,報(bào)告期內(nèi),公司深耕主業(yè),發(fā)力新興板塊,營(yíng)收逆勢(shì)增長(zhǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
中聯(lián)重科表示,2021年工程機(jī)械行業(yè)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)逐漸趨于平穩(wěn),國(guó)際市場(chǎng)需求增長(zhǎng),公司強(qiáng)化新數(shù)字、新能源、新材料等新技術(shù)融合創(chuàng)新,產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力持續(xù)增強(qiáng),海外市場(chǎng)和新興板塊貢獻(xiàn)度不斷增長(zhǎng),經(jīng)營(yíng)效率持續(xù)提升,公司期內(nèi)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展取得新成效,并且后續(xù)增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)能十足。

起重機(jī)械、建筑起重機(jī)械、混凝土機(jī)械三大“冠軍”產(chǎn)品期內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力持續(xù)增強(qiáng),市場(chǎng)地位穩(wěn)固。起重機(jī)業(yè)務(wù)方面,30噸及以上汽車(chē)起重機(jī)銷(xiāo)量居行業(yè)第一,大噸位汽車(chē)起重機(jī)同比增長(zhǎng)超過(guò)30%;超大噸位履帶起重機(jī)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)份額位居行業(yè)第一。建筑起重機(jī)械銷(xiāo)售額再創(chuàng)歷史新高,銷(xiāo)售規(guī)模穩(wěn)居全球第一?;炷翙C(jī)械方面,長(zhǎng)臂架泵車(chē)、車(chē)載泵、攪拌站市場(chǎng)份額仍穩(wěn)居行業(yè)第一;攪拌車(chē)輕量化產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢(shì)凸顯,市場(chǎng)份額位居行業(yè)前三。
新興板塊增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)是中聯(lián)重科2021年年報(bào)另一大亮點(diǎn)。報(bào)告顯示,公司高空作業(yè)機(jī)械2021年銷(xiāo)售額達(dá)33.51億元,同比大幅增長(zhǎng)310.76%,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)份額穩(wěn)居行業(yè)前三的同時(shí),海外市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異,已覆蓋五大洲58個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。大力培育的土方機(jī)械形成“渭南+長(zhǎng)沙”雙制造基地布局,盈利水平較好的中大挖產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)量實(shí)現(xiàn)大幅增長(zhǎng),土方機(jī)械海外營(yíng)收也十分耀眼,銷(xiāo)售規(guī)模創(chuàng)歷年新高。
公司年報(bào)顯示,高空作業(yè)機(jī)械、土方機(jī)械、新型建筑材料及農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械和智慧農(nóng)業(yè)等新興板塊占公司收入比例已超過(guò)20%,同比提升近6個(gè)百分點(diǎn),發(fā)展趨勢(shì)良好。相關(guān)多元布局進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了中聯(lián)重科核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,也為公司贏得更廣闊的發(fā)展空間。
同時(shí),公司持續(xù)用“地球村的思維”推進(jìn)海外業(yè)務(wù)的變革和發(fā)展,2021年取得了喜人成果,境外收入同比增長(zhǎng)51.05%。
持續(xù)深化降本增效成果
經(jīng)營(yíng)管理質(zhì)效不斷提升
年報(bào)顯示,公司期末存貨較年初減少7.85%,存貨周轉(zhuǎn)天數(shù)同比減少,存貨周轉(zhuǎn)效率持續(xù)提升;公司業(yè)務(wù)和資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量及營(yíng)運(yùn)水平持續(xù)優(yōu)化。
2021年,中聯(lián)重科面臨著鋼材大宗原材料價(jià)格上漲的行業(yè)共性壓力,公司通過(guò)降本控費(fèi)多管齊下,實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效。
中聯(lián)重科加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈體系建設(shè),在確保資源優(yōu)勢(shì)的前提下,推進(jìn)海外供應(yīng)商本土化、外省供應(yīng)商本地化,優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈布局,保障供應(yīng)安全,實(shí)現(xiàn)降本增效。同時(shí),公司在全球范圍內(nèi)整合優(yōu)質(zhì)資源,構(gòu)建全球化制造、銷(xiāo)售、服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò),縱深推進(jìn)端對(duì)端管理,銷(xiāo)售費(fèi)用率實(shí)現(xiàn)下降;加速推進(jìn)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、端對(duì)端管理建設(shè),業(yè)務(wù)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)全面移動(dòng)化,降低管理費(fèi)用率。報(bào)告顯示,中聯(lián)重科期間費(fèi)用率同比下降1.2%,其中銷(xiāo)售費(fèi)用率下降1.04%,管理費(fèi)用率同比下降0.51%。

挖掘機(jī)園區(qū)中大挖裝配智能產(chǎn)線投產(chǎn),“挖掘機(jī)械智能制造示范工廠”項(xiàng)目入選國(guó)家智能制造試點(diǎn)示范工廠揭榜單位;常德全球最大塔機(jī)智能工廠實(shí)現(xiàn)全線投產(chǎn),塔機(jī)全球第一的產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)一步夯實(shí);沅江攪拌車(chē)智能工廠開(kāi)園投產(chǎn),智造水平國(guó)際領(lǐng)先;常德關(guān)鍵液壓元器件(
液壓閥)智能產(chǎn)業(yè)園建成投產(chǎn),高端液壓閥制造的自主可控能力進(jìn)一步提升;此外,規(guī)劃的高端液壓油缸、工程車(chē)橋、常德農(nóng)機(jī)及馬鞍山基礎(chǔ)施工機(jī)械等智能制造園區(qū)建設(shè)有序推進(jìn)。
“技術(shù)是根,產(chǎn)品是本”一直是中聯(lián)重科堅(jiān)持的研發(fā)理念,這反映在增長(zhǎng)的研發(fā)費(fèi)用上,并取得了豐碩成果。2021年公司研發(fā)費(fèi)用為38.65億元,同比上升15.56%。期內(nèi),專利申請(qǐng)量同比增長(zhǎng)62%,其中發(fā)明專利申請(qǐng)量同比增長(zhǎng)48%,全年共授權(quán)專利727件,同比增長(zhǎng)99.2%,獲得1項(xiàng)中國(guó)專利金獎(jiǎng)、2項(xiàng)中國(guó)專利優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)。同時(shí)率先發(fā)布了8大系列新能源產(chǎn)品及行業(yè)首款國(guó)產(chǎn)化碳纖維臂架泵車(chē)等行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的高端產(chǎn)品。
行業(yè)人士分析,2021年底,中央經(jīng)濟(jì)工作會(huì)議明確提出適度超前開(kāi)展基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資戰(zhàn)略舉措,為工程機(jī)械行業(yè)帶來(lái)持續(xù)發(fā)展動(dòng)力。根據(jù)政策傳導(dǎo)周期,工程機(jī)械行業(yè)2022年有望迎來(lái)“前低后高”走勢(shì)。
