9GB割草機(jī)

禹城市一力機(jī)械制造有限公司生產(chǎn)的9GB-1.4/1.6/1.8/2.1型后置懸掛往復(fù)式割草機(jī)配套12-22馬力四輪拖拉機(jī)使用，該機(jī)利用偏置式曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)，驅(qū)動(dòng)割刀進(jìn)行作業(yè)，適用于農(nóng)、林、牧區(qū)平坦草場(chǎng)和坡地、丘陵地等不同條件草場(chǎng)，用于收割天然牧草和種植牧草、紫花苜蓿、蘆葦、青儲(chǔ)飼料等。拖拉機(jī)動(dòng)力輸出軸驅(qū)動(dòng)割刀的切割運(yùn)動(dòng)，三點(diǎn)懸掛機(jī)構(gòu)控制機(jī)具的起落，操縱拖拉機(jī)動(dòng)力輸出機(jī)構(gòu)（操縱拖拉機(jī)離合器）實(shí)現(xiàn)割刀的運(yùn)動(dòng)或停止。提升機(jī)構(gòu)分油鋼和提升架結(jié)構(gòu)兩種形式。

該機(jī)按配套動(dòng)力輸出型式分為左側(cè)動(dòng)力輸出與后動(dòng)力輸出兩種機(jī)型，分別與四輪拖拉機(jī)左側(cè)動(dòng)力輸出、后動(dòng)力輸出配套使用。機(jī)具由拖拉機(jī)駕駛員單人操縱，機(jī)動(dòng)性能好，遇有障礙物時(shí)可操作拖拉機(jī)的液壓裝置提升割刀。該機(jī)具具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、割刀切割有力、割茬低且整齊、使用可靠等特點(diǎn)。

The machine uses biased crank connected bar structure to drive blades to work. It is suitable to be used to reap natural forage grass and plant herbage, alfalfa, reed, grass feed etc. in level grass land for agricultural, forest and pasturing area, and in different condition grass land in the sloping field and hills area. It uses the tractor’s power output shaft to promote the mower’s movement of blade, used the three-points suspension structure to make the machine rise and fall, operate the power output structure （Operate the Clutch of tractor） to realize the moving and stopping of blades, lifting mechanism is divided into two models of cylinder and lifting frame.

The machine is divided into Left-side power output and Rear power output according to matched power output model, and matched with Left-side power output and rear-side power output of tractor separay. The machine is operated by the single person, which is the driver of tractor, the machine is of good power-driven performance, as the machine meets obstacle, and blade can be lifted by operating the hydraulic equipment of tractor.
