螺桿泵的維修是一個(gè)非常復(fù)雜的過程，因?yàn)槁輻U泵的轉(zhuǎn)子和定子的相互之間的摩擦?xí)a(chǎn)生熱，容易損壞定子。。也有很多種情況導(dǎo)致螺桿泵的損壞，下面是具體的情況

1.螺桿泵不能啟動(dòng)，一旦遇到這種情況，我們要先檢查一下，如果是新泵，在試車的時(shí)候，先盤車，看是否定子和轉(zhuǎn)子很緊，這個(gè)情況一般沒關(guān)系的，在檢查一下是否電壓過低導(dǎo)致電機(jī)帶不動(dòng)螺桿泵

2.螺桿泵沒有出料，這個(gè)情況就比較復(fù)雜了，所以我們要檢查電機(jī)接線是否正確，旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否有誤，有些型號(hào)的螺桿泵是不能反向旋轉(zhuǎn)的，然后在檢查是否進(jìn)口管路的問題，是否有堵塞或者進(jìn)口有泄露，檢查并且調(diào)整，如果物料的粘度過高，也會(huì)導(dǎo)致吸不上來，加大泵的型號(hào)，或者放慢轉(zhuǎn)速，如果這些地方都沒有問題，請(qǐng)檢查定子和轉(zhuǎn)子之間的間隙，是否有磨損，如果很大，需要及時(shí)更換定子，或者檢查是否有異物堵塞定子和轉(zhuǎn)子了，及時(shí)清除就可以排除了問題
