首先應(yīng)根據(jù)油品的粘度選擇適當(dāng)?shù)谋棉D(zhuǎn)速，以保證泵的（NPSH）r能滿足用戶的實(shí)際吸入條件。

介質(zhì)粘度V＞760mm2/s時(shí)，請(qǐng)與我廠，我廠幫助用戶先泵。

從性能表中選定泵的規(guī)格及相應(yīng)粘度下的壓力流量后，可以查到泵的軸功率N，選定配套電機(jī)功率Nm時(shí)應(yīng)功率備量。

材料的選擇

①輸送柴油、重油（燃料油），泵套用錫青銅。

②輸送潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油，泵套用灰鑄鐵、球鐵、錫青銅。

一、SNH三螺桿泵概述：
三螺桿泵是無(wú)脈動(dòng)軸向輸送具有一定潤(rùn)滑性介質(zhì)的定量容積式低壓轉(zhuǎn)子泵，適于輸送燃料油、潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油、礦物油等油類和具有潤(rùn)滑性的流動(dòng)性液體。所輸送的介質(zhì)中不得含有任何磨料顆粒和對(duì)泵材料有腐蝕的物質(zhì)。SNH系列三螺桿泵由特殊型線（擺線）構(gòu)成的螺旋型面，當(dāng)電機(jī)或馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)主動(dòng)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，其不斷運(yùn)動(dòng)的各個(gè)密封腔室逐漸形成真空，液體在大氣壓的作用下由吸入口吸入并沿軸向連續(xù)、無(wú)脈動(dòng)的輸送到排出口，無(wú)攪拌、乳化現(xiàn)象。
